Protecting Your Privacy

The Board of Directors of Cheltenham Art Society Ltd is responsible for its Data Protection policy and procedures. 

When you join Cheltenham Art Club we record enough information about you to enable us to run the Club and keep you informed about its activities.  This information comprises your name, address and contact details  (telephone number and where relevant email address).  This data is recorded on a computer database by the Club Membership Secretary, who is responsible for its safekeeping. It is held for as long as you remain a Club member and deleted when you leave. Copies of the database are held, with the approval of the Board, by a limited number of Club officials  who need the information to run the Club.

 We never share this information with Third Parties.
