Our operating name is Cheltenham Art Club, and we are a company limited by guarantee, The Cheltenham Art Society Limited.

The Cheltenham Art Club exists to provide the creative community with a permanent well equipment studio space in which to visit, paint, enjoy the extensive library and or share a tea or coffee with like-minded people.  

It is a place of friendship, support and encouragement for anyone on the creative path.  Members’ enjoy a wide variety of painting groups where they enjoy a lifetimes worth of experience on hand should they require it, or just fun banter and a shared friendly painting environment. Other opportunities include workshops, demonstrations, plein air painting trips and days out, all adding up to a vibrant club. 

The Society holds an Exhibition of work twice a year.    

The studio is available to anyone interested in hiring the facilities for their own creative endeavours, workshops and/or courses.
