Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please read the following terms. By contacting the Cheltenham Art Club (CAC),  you will be deemed to have understood these terms and agreed to be bound by them. The CAC offers for sale the paintings displayed in the Gallery as limited agents for the Artists.

Dimensions: All given dimensions (Height x Width) are approximate image sizes in millimetres, excluding mount and frame.

Availability: The artworks displayed on our site are not guaranteed available after making an enquiry.

Colour: Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the images on our website we cannot guarantee that the colours and appearance of artwork will be identical to the original.

Copyright: The rights of the image remain with the artist or the estate of the artist. The purchase of an artwork does not confer the right or licence to use the image for commercial or any other purposes. Title and Risk in the goods will pass by arrangement with the Artist. In no circumstances may the CAC, its servants or agents, be held liable for any financial loss suffered by either party.

Processing of Enquiries: Please email all enquiries to the Coordinator at cheltenhamartclubinfo@gmail.com

On receiving an enquiry from you the CAC will pass it on to the artist concerned, together with the contact details you have provided.

Data Privacy: For the purposes of Data Protection legislation, you agree that the personal information you provide, and all relevant communications, may be retained by the CAC for the purposes only of the proposed enquiry and fulfilling your order.

Payments and Collection: All payments are to be made directly to the Artist concerned and not to the CAC

Framing and packaging: All framing (where applicable), packaging and delivery will be arranged by the Artist concerned.
