Wednesday morning portrait group with. Steve Johnson, 10.00 am to 12.30 pm
The portrait group draws and paints from a real live model who sits for us for up the three consecutive sessions. All media , styles and abilities are welcome and much shared advice is available if so desired .
Regardless of your current area of artistic interest painting from life helps significantly in developing the “painters eye”. That is, the ability to paint what is actually there, as opposed to what one thinks is there. Hence the skills acquired are applicable in any artistic area and, what is more, it is great fun and the models don’t take offense!
