We are very pleased to inform everyone that Mick Walsh’s painting has been selected by our judge. A few kind words from PJ Crook MBE below.
There were so many works of merit that it was a hard decision. We eventually noticed on our shortlist of ten we’d picked two works by the same person. So for its lively spontaneity and the freedom that we’d all longed for during lockdown, the well observed ‘Cycling on the Beach’ by Mick Walsh is the winner.
